Common Issues

The add-in isn't loading in PowerPoint

LitigArt isn't available to install yet — we're preparing the installer and publishing the add-in to the Microsoft AppSource marketplace. If you sideloaded an earlier build, it will no longer load. We'll email you as soon as the new version is ready.

I can't sign in with Google or Microsoft

Make sure you're using a supported browser. Pop-up blockers can interfere with SSO sign-in — try disabling them temporarily. If the issue persists, use email and password sign-in instead.

My PDF isn't loading or showing blank pages

LitigArt works best with text-based PDFs. Scanned PDFs will be automatically OCR'd on upload, which may take up to 1 minute. If the issue persists, try re-uploading the document.

The Composer analysis returned unexpected results

The Composer AI works best with well-structured legal briefs. Make sure your brief clearly identifies patent numbers, exhibit labels, and case citations. You can always edit the generated outline before building your deck.

I need to cancel my subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time in Settings → Billing → Manage Billing. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
